Gujarat govt declares 10% increase in DA for employees : The Gujarat government has taken a decision to increase dearness allowance of state government employees by 10% with July 1 effect. The decision has taken after the central government’s similar decision regarding central govt employees. With this decision, the state govt will bear additional burden of Rs. 1300 crore. Existing employees as well as pensioners will be benefited with through this decision.
