Bhavanagar Electricity Company Ltd is a Company promoted by various Enterprises of Government of Gujarat to implement 500+ MW Lignite based Power Project at Padva, Taluka Ghogha , Dist. Bhavnagar.

Requires personnel for implementation of Power Project

1. Company Secretary – 1 Post
The Candidate should be Associate/ Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, preferably with added qualification of CA / ICFA and/ or Law. The incumbent should be have at least 10 years which minimum 3 years of a comparable position in a reputed public/ private sector company, with sound knowledge of company law and other corporate laws, organizing board meetings and conducting general meetings, documentations etc. and dealing effectively with various government and other agencies. The incumbent will be responsible for functions relating to corporate affairs, board meetings, general meetings and compliance with company law and other corporate laws. The incumbent must be able to prepare statutory formats/ returns to be filed with RoC, deal with secretarial and legal issues governing the company.

2. Electrical Engineer– 1 Post
The Candidate should be an Electrical Engineer Graduate with 5-7 years of Electrical equipments designing experience including 400/220 KV switchyard equipments of Thermal Power Plant. He must be able to read electrical drawings and have knowledge of Indian & International standards and codes. Knowledge of Primaveera software, experience in using computerized maintenance management system would be preferred & has worked in Thermal Power Project implementation shall be added advantage.

Age limit 32 years

3. Mechanical Engineer– 1 Post
The candidate should be a Mechanical Engineer Graduate with 5-7 years of design engineering’ experience of Mechanical equipments such as Boiler and its equipments, piping, Turbine & equipments, D.M. plant equipments, Ash handling plant, coal handling plant of Thermal power plant. He must have knowledge of Boiler codes and ASME standards with familiarity of stress analysis tools. He must have knowledge of Auto CAD and Primaveera software. The candidate who has worked in Thermal Power Project implementation shall be preferred.

4. Civil Engineer– 1 Post
The candidate should be a Civil Engineer Graduate with 5-7 years of design experience in structural analysis, machines foundation analysis. Knowledge of Indian and international standard codes, modern construction materials and practice shall be an added advantage. Working knowledge of STAAD and Primaveera software desirable. The candidate who has worked in Thermal Power Project implementation shall be preferred.

5. Instrumentations and Control Engineer– 1 Post
The candidate should be an Instrument & Control Engineer Graduate with 5-7 years design experience in I &C schemes for thermal power plant. Exposure of erection, commissioning / maintenance of DCS, PLCs, control software, measurement & control techniques and process, rotating machinery, boiler, control schemes, protection & interlocks in a thermal power plant. Knowledge of Indian standard codes and latest IT networks & protocols tools like INTOOLS & familiarly in commercial aspects of order management will be an advantage.

Age limit 32 years

Preference will be given to the candidate who has worked in Thermal Power Project implementation. Computer literacy is essential for all the post. Emoluments shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualification: Master / Post Graduates in Social Welfare
Experience: 5-7 Years of experience of Social services in corporate sector / NGO
Job Description:
Ø  Managing existing CSR programs, monitoring efficacy, assessing impact and suggesting improvements and innovations in Education, Women empowerment, Health, Infrastructure development, Donation and sponsorship activities.
Ø  Providing qualitative feedback on implemented CSR activities, events and campaigns.
Ø  Analyze and suggest innovations modifications in existing program related aspects and conceptualize redesign.
Ø  Planning and conceptualizing new programs and working towards their implementation.
Ø  To introduce strategic various scheme / program of state / central government & guide / club with local villages.
Ø  Preparing CSR annual calendars and calendar of events. End to end coordination for all external events like various competitions for local kids, blood donation, HIV/AIDS testing & counselling etc.
Ø  Maintaining MIS, daily reports, monthly reports, quarterly report and annual reports for CSR activity of BECL Trust.
Ø  Implementing statutory requirements to meet legal requirements.
Ø  Ensuring statutory compliance & Liasioning with external agencies /Govt. authorities & offices.
Ø  Identification & prevention of hazards in the Project Site & should have excellent written and spoken communication skills
