Responsibilities include:
The person will be primarily responsible for coordination of all the work associated with Summer/Winter School courses, Winter School Exhibition under the direction of faculty in charge of Summer/Winter School.
The person will be primarily responsible for coordination of all the work associated with Summer/Winter School courses, Winter School Exhibition under the direction of faculty in charge of Summer/Winter School.
Major tasks include:
- Creating the materials required for course announcements viz. brochures, mailers etc.
- Review of course proposals and budgets as per University policies and guidelines.
- Prepare information for registration of courses and assist with registration process.
- Arrange and coordinate the logistics for successful conduct of the summer/ winter school courses.
- Provide information and assistance to students, faculty members and others about the Summer/ Winter School courses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree in any field with 4-6 years of professional experience;Master’s degree in Mass Communication/Business Management preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, content development and budget analysis required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
