Experience Min. 2-3 years of post qualification experience on similar position in the field of HR in large industrial organization. Incumbent should have an in-depth experience in the areas of Industrial Relations, Disciplinary matters & Litigation, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Contract Labour Mgt., Compensation Restructuring, Performance Management System, Organisational Development Initiatives etc. Experience of MS Office and other PC software and familiarity

Instructions : 

• Knowledge of Gujarati language is preferred.
• The incumbents may be placed at the main site of the Company at Bharuch or at new project site at Dahej as per the requirement of the Company. In case of placement at Dahej Unit, the terms and conditions of Dahej Unit will be applicable to such incumbents.
• The incumbents will have to execute a Service Agreement of Rs.2.5 Lacs for the period of 5 years.
