Border Security Force (BSF) Meritorious Sportsperson as CT / GD (M/F) in Sports Quota : The Border Security Force invites applications from citizens of India, both male and female, to fill up 346 vacancies of CT / GD against the sports quota.

1. Athletics: 42 male/17 female
2. Archery: 5 male/9 female
3. Boxing: 5 male/20 female
4. Cross Country: 18 male
5. Gymnastics: 11 male
6. Judo: 7 male/10 female
7. Aquatic (swimming, diving and water polo): 28 male/13 female
8. Shooting: 26 male/3 female
9. Weightlifting: 12 male/5 female
10. Water sports (kayaking, canoeing, rowing): 17 male/12 female
11. Wrestling (free style and Greco Roman): 21 male/ 16 female
Team Events:
1. Basketball: 12 male
2. Football: 8 male
3. Hockey: 8 male
4. Handball: 3 male
5. Kabaddi: 7 male
6. Polo: 1 male
7. Volleyball: 10 male
Age Eligibility criteria: 18 to 23 years as on 1st August, 2015 (relaxable as per Govt. order).
