1. Epidemiologist / Public Health Specialist : M.B.B.S or Diploma / Master in Public Health or M.D/D.N.D in Preventive and Social Medicine / Community Medicine/Community Health Administration /M.B.A (Health Care Administration)
2. Medical Officer : M.B.B.S (MCE Recognized)
3. Physiotherapist : Bachelor degree in physiotherapist (B.P.T)
4. Staff Nurse Male/Female : G.N.M (Recognized by Nursing Council)
5. Laboratory Technician : 12th pass + D.M.L.T
6. Councillor : MSW or Bachelor degree in Social Science/ Diploma in Concealing/Health Education / Mass Communication.
7. Data Entry Operator : Graduate, D.C.A
