1. Consultant (For 11 Months) - 03 Posts
2. Lab Technician (For 11 Months) - 03 Posts
3. Field Staff (For 06 Months) - 09 Posts

Total No. of Posts : 15 Posts

Educational Qualification :
1. Consultant : M.B.B.S / B.D.S / M.P.H.
2. Lab Technician : 12th pass with D.M.L.T (Lab Technician Course)
3. Field Staff : 12th Science Pass with Minimum 50%.

Age Limit :
1. Consultant : Up to 62 years
2. Lab Technician : Up to 30 years
3. Field Staff : Up to 30 years
