UPSC Advt No 18/2015 for Various Vacancies: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued notification for Various Vacancies.

• Post Graduate degree in Chemistry / Bio- Chemistry / Bacteriology / Dairy Science; With Graduate degree with Chemistry / Bio- Chemistry / Bacteriology / Dairy Science as a subject.

• Livestock Officers: 08
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry as listed in the First and Second Schedule of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984. Registration in the Veterinary Council of India or Veterinary Council of States.
• 35 year
• Research Officer (Medicinal Plants / Agronomy): 01 Post
• Master’s degree of Science in Botany or Medicinal Plants or Agriculture or Agronomy or Forestry from a recognized university or Institute or equivalent.
• 35 year
• Curator: 04 Posts
• Master’s Degree in Fine Arts or History of Arts & Criticism or Museology from a recognized university.
• 40 year
• Deputy Curators: 04 Posts
• Master’s Degree in Fine Arts or History of Arts & Criticism or Museology from a recognized university.
• 35 year
• Assistant Library & Information Officers: 02 Posts
• Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized university/institute.
• 30 year
• Senior Scientific Officer Grade – II (Metallurgy): 01 Post
• Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
• 35 year
• Research Officer (Social Studies): 01 Post
• Master’s Degree in Anthropology (with specialization in Cultural or Social Anthropology) or Sociology from a recognized University.
• 38 year
• Assistant Legislative Counsel (Hindi Branch): 01 Post
• Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from a University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act; Provincial Act or a State Act or any institution for higher education deemed to be a University by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government; (ii) should have been a member of State Judicial Service for a period of five years; Or Should have held a post in the Legal Department of a State Government for five years; Or Should have been a Central Government servant who has had experience in legal affairs for five years; Or Should have been a qualified legal practitioner* who has practised as such for five years; Or Should have been a teacher of law for five years in a recognized institution; Or should have five years’ experience of translation into Hindi of statutes, statutory rules and orders in the Central Government or State Government; Or Should have five years’ experience of drafting of statutes in the Central Government or State Government.

• Gynecologist: 01 Post
• A recognized Medical Qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub- section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (ii) Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned Specialty recognized by the Medical Council of India or equivalent.
• 35 year
• Senior Veterinary Officers: 14 Posts
• A recognized Veterinary qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Number 52 of 1984).
• 38 year

Selection Process: Selection will based on recruitment test followed by interview.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
