• Staff Nurse / Brother : 07 Posts
• BSC (Nursing) Course from Valid Institute by Indian Nursing Council ,Having Registration in Gujarat Nursing Council. OR General Nursing Diploma and Midwife Course from Valid Institute by Indian Nursing Council, ,Having Registration in Gujarat Nursing Council. Having knowledge of Basic Computer Knowledge. 
• Age : Not more than 45 years 
• Salary : Rs. 10000/- fixed per month
• RBSK ANM / FHW : 04 Posts
• Basic FHW/ANM Course from Valid Institute by Indian Nursing Council ,Having Registration in Gujarat Nursing Council. Having knowledge of Basic Computer Knowledge. 
• Age : Not more than 45 years
• Salary : Rs. 11000/- fixed per month

• RNTCP - TBHV : 01 Post
• (1) Graduate (2) Intermediate (10+2) and MPW/LHV/ANM/ Health Worker Work Exp. or Higher Certificate Course of Health / Advisor or (3) TBHV Valid Course (4) Computer Certificate Course (Min. 2 Months) Special Qualification : MPW Training Course or Sanitary Inspector Course.
• Age : Not more than 65 years 
• Salary : Rs. 10000/- fixed per month
• RNTCP - STLS : 01 Post
• (1) Graduate (2) Diploma Course of Medical Laboratory Technology and or related course from Govt. Institute (3) Having Licence of Two Wheeler (4) Computer Certificate Course (Min. 2 Months)
• Age : Not more than 65 years 
• Salary : Rs. 15000/- fixed per month
