For JRF (DST funded project under Electrical Engineering) : Eligible candidates may send their bio-data to Dr. Nihar Ranjan Mohapatra, Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Gandhinagar, by e-mail ([email protected]) on or before 10th July 2016. Selection will be based upon interview and shortlisted candidates will be intimated well in advance the date and time of the interview. The interview will be conducted in the 3rd week of July.
For JRF (Towards performance-based earthquake design of unreinforced masonry-infilled reinforced concrete frame structures) : Interested candidates are requested to email their cv to [email protected] with the subject "JRF Position for the DST project on RC Buildings,, by the r.5th of July. Final selection will be based on interview and shortlisted candidates will be intimated well in advance the date, time and mode of interview' .

Posts :
- Junior Research Fellow (DST funded project under Electrical Engineering) :
- M. E./M. Tech. in Electrical/Electronics and related disciplines with a valid GATE score and knowledge in Semiconductor Devices or Microelectronics or equivalent. Working knowledge of Technology CAD tools like Synopsys Sentaurus/Silvaco is required. Experience in LINUX operating system is desired.
- Monthly Pay : 25,000/- + 20% HRA for first two years, Rs. 28,000/- + 20% HRA for third year
- Junior Research Fellow (Towards performance-based earthquake design of unreinforced masonry-infilled reinforced concrete frame structures) :
- B.Tech. / B.E. in Civil Engineering with valid GATE preference will be given to candidates with as strong background in structural Engineering.
