Posts : Customer Relationship Associate (Grade I, II and III)

Educational Qualification : Graduate in Any Discipline (MBAs in Marketing / Finance will be given preference).

Age Limit : 25 Years completed as on 01-06-2016

Experience:	Preference will be given for candidates who have experience in selling Housing Loan Products
Remuneration:	Fixed Monthly Payout
Grade Fixed Monthly Payout (In ₹) Minimum Monthly Business (In ₹) Grade I 100,000 2.00 Crs Grade II 50,000 1.10 Crs Grade III 25,000 0.60 Crs
Attractive additional payout on business over and above the minimum business
Initial Remuneration:	For initial 3 months of appointment
Grade Cumulative Business for First 3 Months Total Minimum Business (In ₹) Payout (In ₹) Grade I 5.50 Crs 2,80,000 Grade II 3.00 Crs 1,40,000 Grade III 1.50 Crs 69,000
Out of Pocket Expenses for first 2 months of appointment will be paid as under:
Grade Out of Pocket Expenses  per month (In ₹) Grade I   10,000/- Grade II   5,000/- Grade III   3,000/-
