- HR Head
- Qualification: B.Com, LLB, MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations.
- Age: Below 45 years preferred.
- Experience: 5/10 years in any Banking / Financial institution. Senior level experience preferred. Working /Worked in Banking / Finance / Insurance / Service Industry would be an added advantage.
- Inspection/Audit Head
- Qualification: Graduate with MBA (Finance) / CA's / CAIIB preferred.
- Age: Preferably below 55 years. However recently retired senior officers from Nationalized banks, Multi State co-op Banks and having thorough knowledge of conducting & monitoring inspection & Audits, Risk based Audit Systems can be considered.
- Legal Head
- Qualification: Graduation with LLB, LLM Preferred.
- Age: Below 55 years Preferred.
- Experience: 5 / 10 relevant experience in any bank / financial institutions or legal firm handling Bank / FI cases.
