Posts : Junior Research Fellow (Chemistry)

Educational Qualification : MSc in Inorganic/ Organic Chemistry with 55% marks + GATE or NET (LS). Candidates who have written MSc final exam and waiting for results, may also appear for the interview.

Age Limit : Maximum 28 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rule.

Fellowship : 25000/- pm plus HRA as admissible.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Job Description: Selected candidate has to work on the DST sponsored project entitled: “Design and Synthesis of Functionalized Metal-Organic Frameworks for Selective Gas Adsorption and Heterogeneous Catalysis.” The main objective of this project is to design and synthesize porous metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with tailored surface & open metal binding sites, which will be used for selective CO2 capture, and heterogeneous catalysis.

How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to appear before the Selection Committee in this Institute for written test/ interview on 8th August, 2016 at 9.30 A.M. Applicants should send complete bio-data with scanned copies of certificates by email to [email protected]

The candidates are also requested to bring the following documents during interview:

1. Original Certificates(s), Marksheet(s) (Degree/Diploma, etc.) of the educational qualifications, certificate in support of the date of birth etc.

2. Original Experience Certificates, Testimonials etc.

3. In case you are employed in a Government/Semi-Government or Autonomous Organization, you should bring with you a No Objection Certificate from your present employer. Otherwise, you will have to give a declaration that at present you are un-employed
