Applications in prescribed form are invited for the following Non-teaching posts so as to
reach the Registrar, Central Office, Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad - 380014, on or
before 30/11/2016. Application forms are available on any working day from the Central
Office, Gujarat Vidyapith, Ashram Road, AHMEDABAD 380 014, on payment of Rs.400/by
unreserved category candidates (Rs.200/- in a case of other category candidates) in cash or
demand draft (DO) in favour of 'Registrar, Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad', along with a
self-addressed and stamped envelope (23"xl0") worth Rs.lO/-. Application forms can also be
downloaded from the websites and the filled in application should be sent only by RPAD to the Registrar with a demand draft in favour of 'Registrar, Gujarat Vidyapith' for Rs.400/- unreserved category candidates (Rs.200/- in case of other category candidates).

• Assistant Registrar - 01 (unreserved), Rs. 15600-39100 GP 5400
• Master's degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade in the UGC seven point scale and Good academic record i.e. 50% Average for all years/semesters in undergraduate courses.
• Working knowledge of computer: skill in MS office, Spreadsheet, Power Point and the Internet will be required.
• At least 05 years of experience in administration in a supervisory post.
• Desirable: M.Com/MBA (Finance or HR) with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade in the UGC seven point scale and Good academic record.
• Age: 35 Years, Maximum age shall not exceed 40 Years in all cases inclusive of all relaxations.

• Bachelor's degree in any subject with 55% and 5 years' experience as Assistant (GP 4200) OR Post-Graduate in any with 55% and 3 years' experience as Assistant (GP 4200).
• Working knowledge of computer: Skill in MS Office, power point and excel will be required. Knowledge of open source and internet desirable. 
• Age: 30 Years, Maximum age shall not exceed 35 Years in all cases inclusive of all relaxations.
• Assistant-01 (unreserved) Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4200
• Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized university with working knowledge of computer applications especially skill in MS office and Open Source, Spreadsheet, Power Point, Internet, Tally, Gujarati and English Typing etc. and 5 years' experience of accounting or office work.
• Age: 30 Years, Maximum age shall not exceed 35 Years in all cases inclusive of all relaxations.
• Graphic Artist- 01 (unreserved) Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4200
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Fine arts/Commercial arts/Graphic design/animation from a recognized University/Institute and three years relevant experience. 
• Age: 30 Years, Maximum age shall not exceed 35 Years in all cases inclusive of all relaxations
• Stenographer-01 (unreserved) Rs. 5200-20200 GP 2400
• A Bachelor's Degree from recognized University.
• English Stenography speed - 100 wpm; English Typewriting speed - 50 wpm. OR
• Gujarati Stenography speed - 100 wpm; Gujarati Typewriting speed - 40 wpm.
• Good knowledge of computer applications especially skill in MS office, excel, Power Point, Internet. Knowledge of Open source is desirable.
• Age: 25 Years, Maximum age shall not exceed 30 Years in all cases inclusive of all relaxations.
