Bandhan Bank , the microfinance institution-turned-bank is going to offer a one-year training programme to young graduates and hire them as assistant managers on successful completion of course.The recruitment process will be similar to that of Baroda Manipal School of Banking.

Bandhan Bank , the microfinance institution-turned-bank is going to offer a one-year training programme to young graduates and hire them as assistant managers on successful completion of course.The recruitment process will be similar to that of Baroda Manipal School of Banking.
The programme would be run by an arm of Bandhan Bank. It would start in January with a batch of 30 selected on merit, but eventually training capacity would be scaled up to 240 a year.
The bank will pay a stipend to people who enrol from the very first month.

The programme will cost Rs 350,000 per selected candidate, the bank said, adding that it would provide loans, or “bridge” funding to those who cannot afford to pay.
On successful completion of the programme, successful students will be offered a position in the Assistant Manager Cadre in Bandhan Bank.

- Age : Between 21 and 25 years on 30th November 2016
- Education : Graduates from any discipline, with 1st class in at least 2 of the last 3 final examinations (Secondary, Higher Secondary, Graduation).
- No gap will be allowed in academics.
