Educational Qualification: For admission to the examination, a candidate must have a degree in engineering from a recognised university other educational institutions.

Age Limit: A candidate must be not less than 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on August 1, 2019.

A candidate for this examination must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on January 1, 2019. The upper age limit is relaxed for reserved categories.
