Educational Qualification:
- Junior Translator: Master‟s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English/English with Hindi/in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory/English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject as a compulsory/Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level and Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years‟ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.
- Senior Hindi Translator: Master‟s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory/English with Hindi as a compulsory/in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or elective subject/Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject/Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two or as the medium of examination at the degree level and Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or three years‟ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.
- Junior Translator / Junior Hindi Translator: Master‟s degree of a recognized University in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level, Or Bachelor‟s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects (which includes the term compulsory and elective)
- Hindi Pradhyapak: Bachelor‟s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional from a recognized University or Institute plus Master‟s degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute plus Bachelor of Education from a recognized University/Institute. (OR) Bachelor‟s degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute plus Master‟s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at degree level either as compulsory or optional from a recognized University or Institute plus Bachelor of Education from a recognized University/Institute.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years as on 01.01.2016.
Selection Process : Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of performance in the Written Examination (Paper-I & Paper-II) only.
Examination Centre: Allahabad, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Raipur & Chandigarh.
Application Fee: Mode of payment of fee payable Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only). Fee paid in respect of online application through SBI Challan/Net banking and any credit and debit cards will be accepted.
