II. Officer Scale-II:
1. General Banking Officer: 24 Posts
2. Treasury Manager: 02 Posts
3. Agricultural Officer: 14 Posts
III. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 174 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit is above 21 years and below 32 years for Officer Scale-II post, above 18 years and below 28 years for Officers Scale-I post, between 18 years and 28 years for Office Assistant posts as on 01-06-2012. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent for S. No I, III, 1 Posts; should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed Institute for S. No 2 Post; Degree from a recognized University in any discipline in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy , Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for S. No 3 Post with relevant experience.
IBPS Score Card (CWE) Details: Candidates who have valid score card with 89 & above for SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD/ SC-EXS/ ST-EXS and 95 & above for OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD/ OBC-EXS/ GEN-EXS for Office Assistant. Refer notification for post wise qualifying score details.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.20/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXSM and Rs.100/- for all others in the form of Challan (available in the Bank’s website) through CBS Account No 84004971348 for Officer Scale I & II post, Account No 84004971280 for Office Asst posts at any of the Branches of Utkal Grameen Bank.
Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through bank’s website www.ugb.co.in from 23-05-2013 to 07-06-2013. After submission of online application form candidates are required to take print out of system generated application form and submit it along with original CBS challan at the time of interview.
Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Candidates have to log on to its official website
2. Candidates should download the Challan from the website and pay the fee as mentioned above.
3. Branch Code and Branch Transaction Journal Number noted on the Challan form should be correctly filled in the application form.
4. Revisit the website and Click on ‘Apply Online’ link.
5. Fill all the mandatory fields in the application form & click on the submit button.
6. Candidates should take the print out of the system generated application form and retain it for future reference use.
7. Application printout along with the fee payment receipt and required copies of documents should be kept ready for submission if short listed for interview.
