National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) organizes the recruitment process on behalf of the four insurance companies. These posts are of Scale I officer cadre.

1) The New India Insurance Company Limited – 494 posts
2) National Insurance Company Limited – 423 posts
3) Oriental Insurance Company Limited – 223 posts
4) United India Insurance Company Limited – 294 posts
Discipline wise vacancies for different Insurance companies:
Eligibility:
Age: 21 to 30 years
Education: Graduate from recognized university. For specialist posts, graduation in that particular discipline
Application Fee:
General and OBC: Rs 470/-
SC/ST/PWD: Rs 179/-

Payment: 17th July to 14th August 2013
Date of written Examination: 8th September 2013

Selection Procedure:
The candidates will have to go through written as well as interview rounds. The written round has 2 parts i.e. Objective and Descriptive. The descriptive paper of those candidates will be evaluated who will clear the objective cutoff. The written objective test will be of 150 marks. There will be negative marking of 1/4 for each wrong answer.
