- Customizations of solutions at different stages of development, interfaces, reports.
- Creation of business scenarios and test cases for testing.
- Preparation of Business Validation Process and plan.
- Understanding of support processes and follow the same.
- Knwoledge of software user acceptance testing.
- Operational training to the End User.
- Report development.
