Educational qualification:
Junior Hindi Translators (in Subordinate Offices): The candidates applying for this post should possess a Masters Degree from a recognized University or equivalent in English/ Hindi with Hindi/ English as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level; or the candidates should have earned a Bachelors Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with Hindi and English as main subjects.
For Hindi Pradhyapak (in Central Hindi Training Institute): To apply at this post, the candidates should possess a Master's degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at degree level either as compulsory or optional or as a language paper from a recognized university or equivalent; or the candidates should have earned Bachelors degree in Education from a recognized university/institute. Also, the candidates are required to have two years of experience of teaching Hindi at senior secondary level.
For Senior Translator and Junior Translator (in Ministry of Defence): The candidates should possess a Master's degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as medium of examination at the degree level.
Application fee: The candidates are required to deposit an amount of Rs 100 as application fee.
How to apply: The candidates are required to send the duly filled application forms to the address mentioned on the official website.
Selection process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in Paper I and Paper II after which they will be called for interview, if short listed.
