 Posts : 
1.      Professor (Pay Band Rs. 37400-67000 with Grade Pay Rs. 10000)

2.      Associate Professor (Pay Band  Rs. 37400-67000 with Grade Pay Rs. 9000)               
         
Educational Requirements: The minimum qualification for these posts is a PhD in social sciences, preferably, Economics, Sociology or Demography. The candidates should have at least ten and seven years of research experience, respectively, in similar research institutions and have scholarly publications. The candidates should also have proven ability for conducting independent research.
