News : Om Prakash Kohli is New Gujarat Governor : Veteran BJP leader Om Prakash Kohli, 79, has been appointed the regular governor of Gujarat. Kohli, a former Rajya Sabha member and Delhi unit BJP president, is also a leading academic. He will relieve in-charge governor Margaret Alva shortly.
