1. Trainer (Medical) cum skill lab coordinator : MBBS Desirable - degree or diploma Ob-Gy
2. Trainer (Nursing) : Post basic diploma in nursing practitioner Midwifery or B.Sc nursing or post basic B.Sc nursing.

Age :
1. Trainer (Medical) cum skill lab coordinator : up to 45 years
2. Trainer (Nursing) : up to 40 years
