Job Description : Primary activity of the Business Banker is acquiring New to Bank relationships for the bank o Target verticals with the right product offerings o Transaction Account (CA) is the main objective o Generate Revenue by activating accounts on TFX (Trade & Forex), CMS (Cash Management System) o Acquire new asset relationships and increase the utilized asset book through new disbursals. • Generate revenues through sales of Third party products such as insurance to the NTB clients. • Core focus to on boarding and activating the client - Ensure client onboarding & engagement through Direct banking activation. • Works in close co-ordination with Branch service teams to ensure proper on boarding of the NTB clients and deliver superior service delivery • Ensure compliance norms are met.
Skills Required : Self-starter & result driven. • Excellent inter personal skill and ability to work in cross functional environment • Proficient in oral and written communication
