Educational Qualification :
1. Coordinator-GNLU Residency (Guest House) : 1) Graduation from recognized University with atleast 50% marks or (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) equivalent grade. 2) Hotel Management or similar certificate or Diploma course. 3) Excellent presentation, communication & decision making Skills. 4) Knowledge of English, Hindi and Gujarati Languages.
2. Administrative Assistant (Part Time) : 1) Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. 2) Excellent knowledge of computer applications. 3) Fluency in English language 4) Excellent drafting skills.
3. Sports Assistant : 1) Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or in Sports Science with at least 50% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) 2) Consistently good record of having represented the university / college at the inter-university /intercollegiate competitions or the State and/ or national championships. 3) Knowledge of Yoga and Gym.
4. Museum Assistant : 1) Master’s/Bachelors’ Degree in Museology from a recognized University with at least 50% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) Or 2) Master’s/Bachelors’ in Archaeology Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).
Important Notes:
1. This appointment is initially for one year duration. Appointment may be renewed depending upon the performance of the incumbent and the needs of the University.
2. The University retains the discretion not to make any appointment to this vacancy, to make an appointment at a lower remuneration, or to make an appointment with a modified job description and to fix revised qualification and requirements.
3. Walk in Interview Date: 14 to 16 July, 2015 (Reporting time- 1.30 PM)
4. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in Interview.
5. Qualified female, reserved category, minority candidates are strongly encouraged. Candidates are required to bring three copies of their resume, original and two sets of photocopy of their Academic certificates, Experience certificate and other documents.
