Posts : Clerical Cadre Employees / Trainees
Educational Qualification : Preferably B.Com Graduate with minimum 50% marks in (10+2+3) format through regular classroom course from a UGC recognized University under regular course (not part time /correspondence). Graduates from Open University will not be considered.
Age Limit : Preferably not exceeding 25 years as on 01-10-2015, (maximum relaxation for 5 years with commensurate relevant experience).
For On-Roll Salary : Starting Gross Pay Rs. 16,000/- (approx) per month plus other benefits as per
Company Policy. Higher salary can be considered based on prior
experience/performance in the recruitment process at the discretion of the management.
Probation : For on-roll employees: 1 year (extendable based on performance)
For Off-Roll Stipend : Starting stipend would be Rs. 7500 p.m. for Tier-III locations (variable based
on location and previous experience) plus Sodexo Meal Coupons
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on interview.
