Educational Qualification : (1) Graduate Degree (2) having Associated / Fellow Membership of the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) (3) with Computer literacy. 4) Adequate knowledge of Gujarati Language is essential. Preferable Degree in Law and Domicile of Gujarat
Experience: Minimum four (4) years experience will consider only after acquiring the said professional degree and experience of a comparable position in a Govt. PSU / Private listed company will be given priority.
Pay Scale Band Pay : Rs 15600-39100, Grade Pay Rs.5400 and allowances as per Company's Rule.
Age Limit : Preferably, not more than 50 years
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on interview.
