Patan (N.G.) or can be downloaded from the University website www.ngu.ac.in. in that case, a D.O. of Rs.250/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST) for the form fee shall have to be sent along with filled up form so as to reach the undersigned on or Before : 18-04-2016
