Posts :

• Executive Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer (MP-151)
• Incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) and around 25 years of experience, out of which 5 years as Chief Financial Officer in large company having sales turnover of Rs 1000/- crores or more. Incumbent should have worked continuously for 5 years in one organisation. 
• Age : around 45 years.
• General Manager (Human Resources) (MP-152)
• Incumbent should be a MSW/MLW/MPM/other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/ University and around 25 years of experience, out of which 5-7 years as Head of HR Dept. in large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500. Incumbent should have worked continuously for 5 years in one organisation. 
• Age : around 45 years.
• Company Secretary (MP-153)
• Incumbent should be a Company Secretary (CS) and LL.B. and around 15 years of post qualification experience, out of which, 8 years as Company Secretary in a listed company preferably large Industrial organization having paid up capital of more than Rs 150 crores. 
• Age: around 40 years.
• Chief Manager (Human Resources) (MP-154)
• Incumbent should be a MSW/MLW/MPM/other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/University and around 15 years of experience, out of which 5 years at Senior level position in HR Dept. in large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500. Incumbent should have worked continuously for 5 years in one organisation. 
• Age : around 40 years.

Salary : Commensurate with qualification & experience and comparable with the best in the industry. Salary will not be a bar for deserving candidates.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on interview.
