Educational Qualification :

• Assistant Vice President / Secretary : Graduate with Qualified Company Secretary. Persons holding chartered Accountant qualification additionally will be preferred. Experience - Minimum 03 Years experience as a Company Secretary in a listed company.
• Secretarial Officer (Dealer) : Graduate Degree with NISM/ NCFM qualification. Minimum 01 year experience in dealing/ back office.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on Written Test and an interview.
