CEPT Faculty of Management invites applications for full-time position of project associate under CEPT Research and Development Foundation (CRDF). We are looking for dynamic professionals who can work closely with the faculty members to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
The work will involve management of various projects and assisting faculties as per their requirements.Preparation of consolidated project summary, writing of various official documents, policies/guidelines.Review budget of the project on timely basis. Preparation of project materials. Liaising with various government officials to schedule appointments, follow up with the various departments for co-ordination of the project. Manage logistics required for the project coordination. Dissemination of the information of the project to the relevant target groups.Manage filing and upkeep of all important matters related to the projectCoordinate the various programs with respect to travel schedules.
Preferred Qualities and Qualifications:
Positive attitude and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English language.Strong time management and coordination skills.Skills with graphic software like Photoshop, etc. and SPSS tools. Organizational skills and availability to travel within the city as well as outside the city for work.Ability to adapt to process changes and comfortable working with people at all organizational levels.
Master’s Degree in Management/Planning/Technology with minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar capacity preferably in Education or Corporate sector.
