Navrachana University invites applications from the eligible and motivated candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow for DST - SERB sponsored research project in Physical Sciences.
Title of Research Project:
To Establish Dedicated In-House Raman Spectroscopy Facility and Study Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Materials
Funding Agency:
Department of Science and Technology (DST-SERB), Govt. of India
Duration: 3 years
Essential qualification:
1. M.Sc. (Physics) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade
2. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared NET/GATE Examination with a valid score
Fellowship:
M.Sc. with NET/GATE qualification- Rs. 25, 000 + 20% HRA (for first two years) and Rs. 28,000 + 20% HRA (for third year) M.Sc. without NET/GATE qualification- As per rules and regulations of Government of India.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates should apply with their detailed resume and scanned copies of original certificates, via email to [email protected] (Principal Investigator), on or before 12th July, 2017.
The position is purely temporary and initially for the period of one year extendable to two more years. Selected candidate can register for Ph.D. after fulfilling the required criteria. The interview date of the shortlisted candidates will be intimated through email.
