Educational Qualification:
a. Foundation Courses 
1. A Master's Degree in Science / Humanities / Arts with 50% marks (or an equivalent
grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed);
2. M. Ed. With at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever
grading system is followed); and
3. Any other stipulation prescribed by the UGC / any such affiliating body I State
Government, from time to time for the positions of principal and lecturers, shall be
mandatory;
OR
1. M. A. in Education with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever
grading system is followed);
2. B.Ed. with at least 55% (marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever
grading system is followed); and
3. Any other stipulation prescribed by the UGC / any such affiliating body I State
The government, from time to time for the positions of principal and lecturers, shall be
mandatory.
b. Methodology Courses
1. A Master's Degree in subject with 50% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale
wherever grading system is followed);
2. M.Ed. Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale
wherever grading system is followed); and
3. Any other stipulation prescribed by the UGC / any such affiliating body I State
Government, from time to time for the position of principal and lecturers, shall be
mandatory

Fees: An Application Form should be sent along with Demand Draft for Application fee of
Rs.500/- (Non-refundable) in favour of "REGISTRAR, SARDAR PATEL UNIVERSITY,
VALLABH VIDYANAGAR"

Pay: Rs. 16,500/- consolidated fixed Pay per month

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an interview.

How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to remain present along with all original certificates to given below address. Application form of Walk-In-Interview neatly typed in prescribed form using Microsoft Word Arial Unicode fonts of size 11 each with self-attested copies of certificate in support of their qualifications, experience, age, publication and all other claims made by them in a proper sequence of enclosures with numbering.

If the space provided in application form is insufficient, increase the rows/ column of the respective item. In all cases, the information sought be provided in the table provided.

The Candidates are requested to bring Original and Photo copies of Mark-Sheets, Passport size Photograph and other certificates if any. Candidates have to attend the interview at their own cost. Interviews will be held in the University office. Candidates who are In-service must produce the “No Objection Certificate” from his/her present employer.
