The Indbank Merchant Banking Services Limited (Indbank), a subsidiary of Indian Bank, with headquarters in Chennai, engaged in Stock Broking, Depository Participant Activities, Distribution of Mutual Fund and other Investment products, Merchant Banking and Advisory Services, is inviting applications for filling up the posts of Merchant Banker and Corporate Advisory, Equity Research Analyst, Secretarial Officer –Trainee ( Back Office Staff) & Dealer (Stock Broking). Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process, application fee and how to apply are given below.

Posts:

  • Merchant Banker and Corporate Advisory - 2 Posts 
    • Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance or any other equivalent Post-Graduation and NISM – Merchant Banking Certification.
    • Experience: Minimum Four year experience in handling assignments relating to IPO of Equity shares and Non-convertible debenture, Due Diligence of Listed Companies, Delisting, Private Placement (NCD and Preferential Issue), Equity Valuation of Listed Companies, Loan Syndication, Open Offer, Buy Back and various other Corporate Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions. Pitching corporate clients.
    • Place of posting: Registered Office, Chennai & Mumbai
    • Age Limit: Min. 25 years, Max: 40 years.
    • Compensation: Rs. 6.00 – 8.00 Lakhs * p.a.
  • Equity Research Analyst - 1 Posts 
    • Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance or any other equivalent Post Graduation And NISM – Research Analyst Certification
    • Experience: Minimum Four years’ experience in equity research, analyzing trends of industries and economy, preparation of research reports, writing investment notes and report investment opinions on companies, Fundamental analysis, Mutual Fund and Bond market
    • Place of posting: Registered Office, Chennai
    • Age Limit: Min. 25 years, Max: 40 years.
    • Compensation: Rs. 6.00 – 8.00 Lakhs * p.a.
  • Secretarial Officer –Trainee ( Back Office Staff) - 4 Posts 
    • Educational Qualification: Graduate (NISM/ NCFM qualification preferable)
    • Experience: Minimum one year experience in back office desirable.
    • Security Deposit: Two months gross emoluments (Interest free)
    • Place of posting: Chennai 
    • Age Limit: Min. 21 years, Max: 30 years.
    • Compensation: Rs. 9000/- to 15,000/- p.m. (Consolidated)
  • Dealer (Stock Broking) - 32 Posts
    • Educational Qualification: Graduate with NISM / NCFM qualification
    • Experience: Minimum one year experience in dealing/ back office.
    • Security Deposit: Two months gross emoluments (Interest free)
    • Place of posting: Mumbai
    • Age Limit: Min. 21 years, Max: 30 years.
    • Compensation: Rs. 2.00 – 3.00 lakh p.a.
