- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS). Must be a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
- A candidate who has acquired Law degree and CBCP (Certified Banking Compliance Professional) course conducted by IIBF will be given preference.
- Minimum 8 years experience (5 years if the recruitment is in Scale IV) in Public / Private Sector Bank / a listed company as Company Secretary.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
