- Junior Officers: A degree in any discipline. Proficiency in Computer data entry / Computer Applications is preferred.
- Senior Managers: Retired officers of Banks/ Financial Institutions (either on Superannuation or on Voluntary Retirement Scheme) and not below the rank of Senior Manager (Scale III) at the time of retirement.
- Manager: Any Bachelor's Degree / Graduate with minimum 60% marks can apply. Preference will be given for additional professional qualification.
