01. Dy. General Manager (Marketing): 01
Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from a recognised university by UGC/AICTE.
Experience: More than 5 years of experience in land leasing activities, coordination with developers / International Property Consultants in any PSU / Private Limited company.
Age: Not more than 40 Years
Approx. consolidated Salary per month: 100000
02. HR Officer: 01
Qualification: MBA/PGDBM HR from a recognised university by UGC/AICTE, Knowledge of Labour Laws and other guidelines is a must. Candidate possessing LLB degree will be preferred. Experience: 5 years of experience handling HR related activities in any PSU / Private Limited company.
Age: Not more than 35 Years
Approx. consolidated Salary per month: 60000
03. Garden Supervisor: 03
Qualification: B. Sc Botany / Agriculture / Horticulture from a recognised university by UGC/AICTE,
Experience: 2 years of experience in Landscaping / Maintaining & Operating Gardens
Age: Not more than 30 Years
Approx. consolidated Salary per month: 25000
04. Public Relation Officer / Assistant: 01
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with degree in Journalism / Mass Communication, from a recognised university by UGC/AICTE, knowledge of computers is a must. He must be fluent in speaking Gujarati, Hindi & English
Experience: 2 years of experience in any reputed PSU / Private Limited company as a PRO or handling sales/ marketing in any advertising agency/media house.
Age: Not more than 30 Years
