Location: EDII Western Regional Office, Vapi (Dist. Valsad, Gujarat)
  1. Qualification & Experience:
    • Master's Degree in Management / Rural Management / Social work / Economics
    • Must have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in Entrepreneurship Development / Self Employment / Livelihood / CSR related schemes and projects. 
    • The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati languages.
  2. Job Description: 
    • Responsible for networking and liaisoning with key stakeholders' viz. Funding agencies, Industries Associations, Developmental banks, Government departments, NGOs and Potential and Existing Entrepreneurs etc.
    • Responsible to implement /execute and monitor various activities/ assignments/ projects.
    • Provide assistance, guidance and handholding support to potential and existing entrepreneurs for setting up and development of small and micro enterprises, developing backward and forward linkages.
    • Develop project proposal, design and prepare documentation.
    • Manage and maintain records on timely submission of administrative and accounting documents.
    • Maintain day-to-day management of reports on the status of the assigned initiatives to the Head and Project Directors
    • Provide report regularly on the status of the assigned initiatives to the Head and Project Directors
    • Responsible to maintain all the relevant project documents & records systematically.
    • Responsible for overall General administration of work.
  3. Type of Employment: On Contractual basis for 11 months; extendable on need and performance basis.
  1. Age     : Preferably 30 to 45 Years

Job Description
  • Coordinate with Project Director, Project Coordinator, Subject Matter Experts and Community Mobilizers for implementation of the project
  • Mobilizing, selecting and empowering potential women SHGs, Cluster in project locations
  • Design, plan and upgrade entrepreneurship and enterprise development training materials including, but not limited to, Training curriculum, Training Manual and training handouts as per selected Trades/Sectors.
  • Deliver entrepreneurship training by following the Training Schedule with quality standard as per EDII norms.
  • Assist and mentor beneficiaries in areas including development of business plans, concepts of Business opportunities /Financial transactions /Formalities and procedures for scaling operations, new technology and Digital financial transactions.
  • Engage trainees actively in training through multiple innovative training methodologies to maximize training outputs. 
  • Identify business opportunities in target area and provide beneficiaries with guidance on the choice of start-up businesses as per the project plan.
  • Conduct Skill Development activities- Production Technology and entrepreneurial value chain
  • Facilitate Business Plan Formulation, funding and infra set-up for enterprises
  • Assisting in market linkages and credit linkages.
  • Post programme follow up and hand holding of entrepreneurs through trainings and mentoring
  • Identify and ensuring entrepreneurs participation in relevant Fairs and exhibition
  • Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O/South Regional Office, Bangalore.
  • Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office
