EDII invites applications for the post of Project Officer-Cum-Trainer
Location: Project Officer, Alibaug (Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra)

1. Qualification & Experience:
   1. Degree in Sociology / Social Work / Management / Rural Management / Rural Study / Economics. Master’s Degree is preferable.  
   2. Must have at least 5 years’ of experience in Entrepreneurship Development / Self Employment / Livelihood related schemes and projects. Preferably in women entrepreneurship.
   3. The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, computer literacy and good communication ability with fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English.
2. Job Description: 
   1. Selected person will be responsible for networking and liaisoning with key stakeholders’ viz. Government departments, Support Institutions, Funding agencies, Industries Associations, banks, NGOs and Potential and Existing Entrepreneurs etc.
   2. Responsible to implement /execute and monitor various activities/ assignments/ projects.
   3. Provide assistance, guidance and handholding support to potential and existing entrepreneurs for setting up and development of small and micro enterprises, developing backward and forward linkages.
   4. Project Design, preparing proposals and documentation of Projects
   5. To maintain and timely submission of administrative and accounting documents.
   6. To report regularly on the status of the assigned initiatives to the Head and Project Directors
   7. To systematically maintain all the relevant project documents & records.
   8. Overall responsibility and General administration of office.
3. Type of Employment: On Contractual basis for 11 months; extendable on need and performance basis.
4. Age: Preferably 30 to 45 Years

The selected candidate may be posted anywhere in the country.  Salary/fee will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
