Experience: ACL-NALCO Alkalies and Chemicals Limited (GNAL) is a joint venture company, promoted by Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd. (GACL) & National Aluminum company Ltd. (NALCO), having its registered office at GACL Corporate building, PO petrochemicals, Dist. Vadodara-391346, Gujarat. The Company is managed by Board of directors through a full time Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The company is setting up 800 TPD Caustic Soda Plant along with a coal based Captive Power Plant at Dahej, Gujarat, which would be operational soon. The Company is the large size manufacturing unit aiming at a minimum turnover of Rs. 1500 Crores and 500 employees in Chloro-Alkali and related sector. The Company is looking for dynamic & experienced professional as per following pre-requisites:
An Engineering Graduate (preferably Chemical/ Mechanical engineering Graduate).A management degree from reputed management school would be preferred.
He/ She must have experience of around 25 years in various areas of Caustic Chlorine plant operations, Project implementation along with other areas such as Material Management, Marketing and strategic planning in Caustic soda industry and, preferably, captive power plant.
He/she should have demonstrated successful leadership with minimum of five years of experience as a 'Plant Head' or a leadership Position, equivalent senior level position in a large size manufacturing unit.
Relaxation in number of years experience for a qualified person may be considered.
Preference would be given to young professional of age not exceeding 50 years of age.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
