Educational Qualification: 

• DGM (Chief Risk Officer): 
• Age Limit: 35-62 Years
• Graduate degree, with – (a) Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), or (b) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute; 5  years’ experience
• AGM (Economy and Strategy):
• Age Limit: 32-50 Years
• Post Graduate degree in Economics. Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D. 3 years’ experience
• AGM (MIS)
• Age Limit: 32-50 Years
• Post Graduate degree in Statistics OR Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Operation Research. Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D. 3 years’ experience.
• AGM (Human Resources)
• Age Limit: 32-50 Years
• Graduate degree in Personnel Management/ IRPM/ LLPM OR Graduate with MBA (HR) OR Graduate with PG Diploma in HR/personnel management or equivalent. 3 years’ experience.
• RM (Risk Management)
• Age Limit: 30-45 Years
• Graduate degree, with – (a) professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or (b) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute; 2 years’ experience.
• Manager (Credit Audit)
• Age Limit: 23-35 Years
• Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/CWA)/ CFA or Graduate with MBA (Finance). 02 years’ experience in Banks / Financial Institutions handling Credit /Audit / Risk.
• Manager (Legal)
• Age Limit: 23-35 Years
• LLB, Desirable: LLM 02 years’ experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions handling Legal and recovery matters as Law Officer.
• Manager (Economy & Strategy)
• Age Limit: 23-35 Years
• Graduate degree in Economics Desirable: Post Graduate or M.Phil. 02 years’ experience.
• Manager (MIS)
• Age Limit: 23-35 Years
• Graduate degree in Statistics, Desirable: Post Graduate, M.Phil. 02 years’ experience.
