- Standard 10 pass, FHW Basic Training Course from a recognized institute OR ANM from Indian Nursing Council and Having registration in Indian Nursing Council.
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Multipurpose Health Worker (MPHW): 487 Posts
- Standard 10 pass, MPHW Course from a recognized institute OR Diploma course of Sanitary Inspector.
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Female Health Supervisor (FHW): 81 Posts
- Standard 10 pass, FHW Basic Training Course from a recognized institute OR ANM from Indian Nursing Council and Having registration in Indian Nursing Council. 3 years of experience as a Female Health Worker.
