Job location:	Jammu & Kashmir
Qualification:	B.E. / B. Tech – Electrical Engineering (Full time course only) with M.E. / M. Tech. / M.B.A. – Renewable Energy, Power Management (Fulltime course only)
Experience required	7 years’ experience of Solar Energy related projects is required
Remuneration:	Rs. 68,500/- per month (consolidated salary)
Required Knowledge and Skill:	Experience of Solar Consulting In-depth knowledge of solar trends and technology Transaction structuring and working with power/solar policy and regulation Substantial project management and financial modelling experience Developing contracts, tenders, etc. Developing feasibility / detailed project reports Experience in power/solar sector desired To work with the clients on an assigned projects to identify solutions to business problems and streamlines processes Experience of working in rooftop and ground mounted solar PV projects To manage and mentoring the team assigned to the project, in order to execute and complete assigned projects within the time and scope with the client Manage project communication and documentation Managing and coordinating Project Management Activity Develop and deliver reports, proposals, required documentation and presentations related to project Good Communication Skill & excellent writing skill Good in preparation of Feasibility & Detailed Project Report, Tender Preparation (Techno-commercial) Better Knowledge for preparation of Financial Model Liaise with project stakeholders, internal and external, on an ongoing basis Assessment of Commercial aspects Client management and liaisoning Policy Analysis and development Payment process co-ordination for projects Project proposal development Organizing meetings, as required with the client, subcontractors and internal resources to resolve issues and ensure smooth project implementation Business development activity to get more clients Any other things as and when delegated by management time to time

Required Knowledge and Skill:	Experience in solar project Ready to work on project sited anywhere in India Experience of working in rooftop and ground mounted solar PV projects Able to perform Energy Yield assessment for solar PV Projects Having experience of Survey and Preparation of feasibility study and DPR Knowledge of working on LV & HV substations Experience and knowledge of Designing and Interpreting technical specifications, drawings, standard and regulation relating to electrical equipments and installations Good knowledge of Quality Control Good knowledge of construction materials and construction technology Excellent communication skills and writing skill Able to monitor and prepare daily progress report of construction activities Any other things as and when delegated by management time to time.
